Consulting Fees

TELEPHONE CONSULTATIONS:

These consultations work from floor plan sketches, digital photos or video. They include a printed report and follow-up guidance as you near completion

 Complete Telephone Consultation:  Rates are $350.

 Apartment, Building or Site Selection: 

Rates are $250.00. This includes remote analysis of up to five floor plans and recommendation for the best site and telephone consultation to discuss the findings and reasoning behind it.

ON-SITE CONSULTATIONS:

Residential Consultations:  Minimum rate is $375.00 for spaces with 1,250 sq. ft. or less. Rates are based on the sq. footage of the building @ $.30/ sq. ft. This consultation includes homes, condominiums and apartments.

 International Consultations:  Please email or call to discuss your project.

Commercial Consultations:  Minimum rate is $450.00 for spaces with 1,500 sq. ft. or less. Rates are based on the sq. footage of the building or office @ $.30/sq. ft. Commercial consultations include private and corporate offices, restaurants, retail businesses, hospitals, service industries and entertainment facilities.

Manufacturing & Warehouse Facilities:  Minimum rate is $500.00 for spaces with 2,000 sq. ft. or less. Rates for spaces above 2,000 sq. ft. are @$.25/sq. ft.
